Eagle Rotary Systems, Inc. Secures $1.5 Million in Growth Financing

Jackson, Michigan

Eagle Rotary Systems Inc., based in Jackson, Mich., has secured $1.5 million in financing to help accelerate its production of rotary dies for the consumer packaging market.  The company raised the investment from a group of local investors led by Ann Arbor based Plymouth Management Company. Terms were not disclosed.

Founded by industry veteran Rae Pfaff, Eagle Rotary dies are re setting industry expectations for changeover time and efficiency. The new capital will be used to hire additional manufacturing and engineering talent and for working capital investment.  In addition, Eagle Rotary will finance new advanced machining equipment to help meet demand growth.

 “Our patented plate positioning and die attachment technology provides the consumer packaging industry with a solution far exceeding anything else in the market.  I am thrilled that this round of financing will allow us to rapidly expand the business.” said Rae Pfaff, Eagle Rotary CEO.
